ENROLMENT PROCEDURE Send your completed enrolment form to Otago Polytechnic Cromwell, PO Box 16, Cromwell. You must also include either your original birth certificate or passport showing your full legal name and date of birth or a copy verified by a solicitor or JP. An invoice will be sent to you for all course fees. These need to be paid at least one week before the course start date. Only payment of the full fee guarantees your place on the course. A separate invoice will be issued for accommodation for residential courses. Course manuals and programmes will be sent out on receipt of full course fees or shortly thereafter, but not more than one month prior to course commencement date. All courses are based on minimum and maximum numbers. Early enrolment helps us greatly with our planning. late enrolments are accepted if there are places available. Course numbers are updated regularly on this website. Courses will be cancelled if there are insufficient participants. The final decision will be made one month prior to the start date of the course, so it is essential that you get enrolment form in early.
